Nimrod Brandt

Nimrod is a Partner in the Tel Aviv office.

Nimrod brings with him over 16 years of experience in finance and tech as both an operator and investor in multiple geographies (the US, Switzerland and Israel).
He came to Cardumen Capital after leading the Technology Fund at Hutchison, a publicly traded conglomerate with global operations and a market cap of over $35bn.
Prior to Hutchison, Nimrod was the Head of Innovation at Gazit Globe, a publicly traded real estate group with over $11bn of assets.
Before Gazit Globe, Nimrod was part of a country coverage team with a specific focus on technology at Credit Suisse. 

Nimrod did his military service at the Oketz Unit, a special forces unit of the Israel Defence Forces.

Nimrod holds an MBA from MIT, where he also started his VC career working at Brook Venture Partners. Nimrod holds a dual degree in Industrial Engineering (B.Sc.) with a concentration in  Computer Science, and Economics (B.A.) from the Technion.  
He now resides in Tel Aviv with his wife and two children.
