Founded by Francesc Font, Bea Mesas, and Joaquim Mach, Incapto was born with a mission to eliminate capsule and torrefacto coffee by offering a specialty whole-bean coffee experience through super-automatic machines that grind on demand. The Barcelona-based startup, founded during the pandemic, operates a subscription-based model for both individuals and businesses, connecting customers to an IoT-enabled platform that delivers freshly roasted coffee without generating unnecessary waste. Working directly with small coffee growers worldwide, Incapto's model is centered on freshness and quality, roasting beans daily to ensure customers always receive fresh coffee at home. The company reached 20,000 customers and over 2,000 businesses within three years, closing 2023 with revenues above €7 million.
